Chick Magnets

So I just dropped off these two at Weber State's Institute building this morning for their first EFY.  I would have loved to go when I was their age.  I don't think Spencer is as excited as I am :).

Because a Family that Kicks Together Sticks Together

 One of my favorite memories from my childhood is summer Sunday night kick ball and baseball games with our cousins at the park after dinner.  I love it when my children can relive these memories with me.

Field Family Reunion

We just spent two days in Grand View having a blast with cousins and Grandma and Grandpa on the farm.

Megan and the Croneys brought their boats and we spent two days at the beach and out on the boats.

 I tried surfing.  Here is proof that I actually did it, but I only lasted about three seconds before I fell.

Lava Hot Springs

 We drove to Lava Hot Springs for the day.

 I'm impressed, Idaho.  Your sky reminds me of Australia.

 We went to Lava to go down the river.  My kids had never done anything like this, and we all had such  a great time going down the river.  We made three runs.

 After our run down the river and time in the hot springs, we got square ice cream cones.

 We made hobo dinners in the fire and tried to impress the Riches' foreign exchange student, Gong, with our badminton skills.

 Turns out badminton is not a sport we excel at.
