We went to visit our friends David and Shamane over Memorial Day weekend. The last time we saw all of them, I was pregnant with James. Thank you for a great weekend! I hope it's not another eight years before we see you again!
Over the weekend we went to Jamestown. James was quite impressed with his town.

I gotta say, Disney definitely took some liberties in their rendition of Pocahontas. I don't think my daughter would believe that statue was Pocahontas because she's actually clothed!
Anyway, looks like an awesome trip. I love the history that you can find everywhere in Virginia. I feel lucky to have grown up here, and your kids will be glad you took them to such awesome places!
