The kids and I took off on our first summer road trip Saturday, June 18th to go spend a week with my family in New York and Connecticut. Here they are raring to go.
We stayed in Newark, New Jersy for three nights, and the kids were so excited to see their cousins. We took the train into Manhattan every day.

I loved reading about your trip. You guys are so brave to do all that with so many kids. Looks like so much fun! Makes me want to go back to NYC.
I know I am an adult with kids, but I seriously want to be adopted into your family! You have the best vacations...love NYC and you are one brave mom with all 4 kids!
