Saturday morning we went to the boys' school for their annual Winter Fest. I really don't like this school activity. The kids are supposed to take a list of people to buy for and buy them cheap junk from China. This year I just gave the boys a couple bucks and told them to just go buy what they wanted because nobody else wanted that junk. When they came out of the gym to show me what they bought, they had bought something for each other. I told them they messed up and were supposed to just get what they wanted. I was impressed that they did buy each other something, and it was something they liked.
Faith just sat and ate while the boys were shopping.
The kids made some Christmas crafts on our way out.
