While in Cairns we stayed at the Coconut Holiday Resort.
There is no way you can miss it in the dark.

The sofa made into a bed so everyone had their own bed. Not an easy thing to find for a family of six.
This place was awesome! Every night they had different entertainment. We went to the outdoor movie (Faith looks really happy), and listened to a little bit from the Bush Poet (cowboy poet). The boys wanted nothing to do with the Bavarian Dancers, so we took a miss.
We gave the kids one day just to do everything they could at the resort but there was so much stuff to do. They didn't want to leave.

By far the best place we've ever stayed on vacation. The kids absolutely loved it. The best part? We got to enjoy a little bit of summer in the middle of our winter. In tropical north Queensland, it is around 80 degrees in the winter and it is a lot colder in Canberra. Loved the sunshine!!!
