I picked up the kids from school and we headed to the Embassy for the much anticipated Easter egg hunt. Faith had been asking for days if it was time to go to the Easter egg hunt. James invited his friend Nicholas to come with us.
Hope can talk to the Easter bunny when she is far away from him. It's just a tiny bit creepy when this bunny actually talks back.
The kids looked for eggs in different sections according to their age group. James and Nicholas were in a group.
I went with Faith and her age group.
James is on the hunt.
Spencer was in the oldest age group.
It was a pretty hot day so all of our chocolate candy in the eggs was one big melted chocolate mess.
There were lots of fun activities for the kids.
Sled racing down the hill.
Sack races.
Lots of food.
Balloon animals that seem to pop as soon as we get them after we've waited forever in a queue (that's the way Aussies say line).
Bean bags between the knees race.
Round two of the balloons. We always have so much fun at Embassy parties.
